PROGRAM 03 • NATIONAL FORUMS

Future Schools Forum

National Conversations. Collective Action. Global Voice.

Every education system faces different realities. Every country needs its own Future Schools Agenda.

Grounding Global Transformation in    National Realities

Every education system faces unique realities, cultural contexts, and structural opportunities. The Future Schools Forum creates a dedicated national platform for schools, educators, and stakeholders to address the issues that matter most within their own country.

Each Forum is organized as a 300–500-person national gathering bringing together school delegations, classroom educators, education ministry representatives, and strategic partners.

Rather than being just a passive conference, each Forum culminates in an official Country Future Schools Agenda that identifies local priorities, scalable solutions, and immediate collaborative actions.

Delivering Package

The Forum-to-Action Framework

National Issue Identification

School leaders and teachers collaboratively identify: What are the biggest challenges facing our schools? What is already working? And what needs to change immediately?

Connecting to the Global Stage

The strongest ideas, case studies, and national champions are brought to the World Future Schools Congress, ensuring national voices shape global dialogue.

The Country Future Schools Agenda

Every forum produces an actionable national agenda capturing urgent priorities, emerging classroom solutions, and areas requiring multi-sector partnership.

School-to-School Collaboration

Schools connect directly with peer institutions across provinces and regions to pool resources, share curricula, and solve common operational challenges.

Sustained National Fellowship

The work does not stop when the conference ends. Outstanding participants join the National Fellowship to continue collaborative school projects throughout the year.

Public-Private Partnerships

Bridges the gap between classroom practitioners, education ministries, NGOs, and industry partners to drive sustainable investment into schools.
